Let us give you a brief analysis on where is what. Montreal consists of constituencies. Constituencies are then divided into districts. Montreal is the main city. St Leonard is one of the constituencies' there. Same goes for Nepean in Ottawa. Nepean is located south of Ottawa about 10 kilometers south and Montreal is within the Montreal district.
